Welcome to the official thread of the official getDare podcast

Birth and basic info

Myself and Horse.Chic decided it would be awesome if getDare had a podcast, so we created one with depp's endorsement.
We will post a show every second week for the first few times, and depending how much good feedback we get, we may bump it up to every week.

Segments

The different things that will happen on the podcast are:
Competitions
Member of the fortnight(The lucky member will come onto the show)
Best thread of the fortnight
Truth/Dare of the fortnight
Shoutouts (Both anonymous and with credit)
The News(Not boring stuff, but the funny articals that we find on news sites and newspapers)
And lots more......

Good luck you will need a lot of support from the community. On the note of news, I would keep it within getDare seeing as the RIAA has rules against it and also, with itbeing bi-weekly or weekly some news would be out of date. Also, on the note of the RIAA it is not particularly legal for either of you to publish the material, they have weird rules.

Thoughts:
How are you going to distribute it?
Are you going to have in mp3, mp4, wav, etc.?
Are you going to save it in multiple formats for different users.
Are you going to edit it.
Are you going to host a site for it?

Please think everything through before you start your venture. This in no way is meant to sound like I am discouraging you. I want you to succeed just as much as you do. Keep in mind since you are leading the project it takes a lot of work. You can not simple take a week off, like my DJs can.

The who? Were not in the US, so are we still bound by the,m? And the news isnt meant to keep people informed about stuff, its just the articles that make us laugh

We are gonna use one of the many podcast hosts out there
mp3 as it is the most used format

It doesnt sound like you are discouraging me, It sounds like your trying to help me
As for the lot of work bit, I want to try and get everything organised before we start to record so the the first podcast will be a few weeks away

Why did you start getDare?
Eww well that’s an easy one, I started it because I enjoyed playing truth or dare when I was in high school and I started it in high school because I enjoyed playing it

Did you get any of your mates from high school to join up?
You know, I don’t think I did to be honest with you. We played a lot of games in real life but I don’t think there was a need to play it online together it was more like if we were in real life we would play it there I suppose. But yes some crazy times yes.

Who is your favourite member on getDare?
Oh well that’s easy it’s Lokey. Lokey is by far my favourite member followed by Lilangel and followed by Tiger. I think I have 3 favourite members so yeah so Lokey, Lilangel and Tiger definitely my 3 favourite members.

Which member have you known the longest?
Ewwww umm I think errrr Chain definitely him, I think he’s one of the moderators, I think he’s an administrator maybe I don’t know. He hangs around a little bit and he’s pretty cool.

Who is your favourite actor?
Eww my favourite actor, you’ve put me on the spot, I’m going to have to say Nicole Kidman

What’s your favourite Song / Artist?
Song / Artist umm right now I’m umm I don’t know this is a tough one. Depeche mode maybe, or possibly Soft Sell no I’m gunna say Depeche mode.

What is your favourite food?
Well I had some wicked Lobster Ravioli the other day I think on Tuesday, so im going to go with lobster Ravioli, it was pretty damn good

What car do you have, if you have one?
Oh I have a car it’s a, (laugh) Toyota camry, it’s the finest car on the road by the way.

Oh it’s defiantly a sea horse, I like sea horses coz they are horses in the sea. Emmm badgers too, badgers and seahorses.

I dooo nott have any pets, I do not

A chinchilla, maybe a Monkey I’d like a Monkey.

Any particular sort, or just your common ?
Bonowbo Monkey or maybe a ferret

If you could travel to anyplace on the planet where would it be and why?
I’d probably go to Scotland because I have been there before and its freaking awesome I like Edinborough, beautiful city, great transportation, you can walk around the whole place. You can be drunk and stumble home and not worry about.

Erm Edinborough or Oxford for a whole lot of reasons I don’t want to go into

Which hair spray do you use?
I have never used hair spray ever.

Do you use any gel?
Occasionally very seldomly but usually it’s just kinda untreated. So no hair products I don’t believe in chemicals besides like wine like I’m drinking right now

So what’s your favourite wine?
Eww defiantly penutunwar but right now I’m drinking , I don’t know its some kind of zindandel, it’s a really dark zinfandel. It’s really terrible by the way to, so don’t drink whatever I’m drinking its something moon, I have no idea. I think I paid 4 or 5 bucks for it

Have you heard much about doomsday prophecy over in America. The days supposed to end today for us?
Well clearly the whole world evolves around the United States, the prophecy would defiantly relate to the United States because that’s were Jesus was. We need Lucky, Lucky would know

Do you have an IPod, does Depp have an IPod?
I’m kinda an anti mac person or a anti Apple person, but I’m talking to automac, well I have an IPad, but I don’t have an IPod no. And I don’t have a iphone I have a google Nexus 1

I have an IPad too, its kinda annoying sometimes …. (trustnoone)

I actually don’t like my IPad I find it really slow, I seem to be alone in the opinion but

Apologies - poor sound at times, however thought i would share the interview with those like nellybell who unfortunatly can't listen.
