If you know you like the feeling of your ass swallowing something, you should get anal beads. I wouldn't advise making your own, there's just too much that can go wrong.

Well, this is the theory and it works somehow. The anus is well-enerved so very sensitive and the feelings are stimulating. The "pulling in and out" is stimulating, but for example the shaking of that thing in your ass when you move is very stimulating as well. As well, I like the fact that it makes me feel humiliated.
