Default Repeated enema safety advice?

Hi all just a quick question about safety I figured somebody here would probably know. Mistress has ordered mr to start training myself with daily enemas so I'm ready for her to play with when she see's me again, late august. Would two 1L enemas a day be detrimental to my health? Thanks all!

*tries to think how long i've been taking similar quantities* No ^^ just make sure to get a glass of water down you afterwards stave off the fabled electrolyte imbalance *rolleyes* hehe :3

Two 1 litre enema's a day should pose absolutley no problems whatsoever, so long as yer just using water it's quite hard to wander into truly dangerous stuff with enema's. Any further quereies about enemas, for anyone feel free to post and I shall respond ^^ lots of experience with em, absolutley adore em :3

Oh, and i just thought i'd throw this up here.. you don't need to read it all or whatever misjeslaveboy (altho the recipie section may be of interest to your mistress ) but it's there for people to see then ^^ I wrote it for a freind on here by request. It's a sorta.. Enema 101

Health benefits of enemas and an introduction.
__________________________________________________ _______________

An enema is a procedure in which the colon is washed by water and/or solution squirted into the anus. Enemas have a rich history dating back thousands of years and although many familiar only with the “modern western medical tradition" may find the concept of colon hydrotherapy foreign or embarrassing, the truth is that enemas were regularly administered to patients (even in the Western world) up until the 1920s. Following the advent of advanced surgical and drug therapies, however, enemas and similar “holistic" therapies fell out of vogue and became seen as “fringe."

This is unfortunate, since both scientific and anecdotal evidence suggest that enemas provide a number of fascinating health benefits. The main benefit touted by enema advocates is that flushing the colon removes feces, parasites, dead tissue, and other debris. By removing this debris, the enema not only helps restore regular bowel movements, but it also has far-reaching impacts for the body's physical health. Some claim that enemas clear up the skin, reduce the frequency and severity of common colds, improve sexual vitality, combat irritable bowel syndrome, and even potentially relieve psychological ailments, such as depression or anxiety.

While these far reaching claims may seem somewhat dubious to those schooled in the allopathic tradition, modern medicine has produced evidence to support at least some of these ideas. For instance, it is now known that the “gut" contains a number of key nerve fibres -- thus, it is more than reasonable to hypothesize that a therapy that rehabilitates and reinvigorates the gut could have significant psychological and neurological benefits.

Enemas also massage the colon, hitting what are known as “pressure points." These are areas of the muscle tissue which are interconnected nodally with other key muscles, joints, and myofascial tissue in the body. In essence, enemas act like acupressure inside the body, releasing pent-up myofascial energy and thus improving whole body health. Enemas may also act on a more concrete level, eliminating waste built up as the result of constipation

Health risks of enemas

__________________________________________________ ______________

There is only really one major risk and that is what exactly you’re putting up there. Some people prefer to filter the water they use for an enema rather than using plain tap water, to purify it of the chemicals and other impurities that are known to be in every day tap water. If you enema foodstuffs and irritating substances then these can lead to minor irritation of the colon but it is very unlikely to lead to any kind of dangerous condition and you can take a plain water enema after to clean out any traces of an irritating substance. Special care needs to be given to substances that have an effect on the body, such as coffee and alcohol; The colon is designed to absorb nutrients into the bloodstream and so things like caffiene and alcohol are absorbed very rapidly into the blood if administered in an enema. As such, enema soloutions of these fluids are always diluted. Alcoholic enema's can be very dangerous and swwiftly lead to alcohol poisoning so you should only engage them if you are expereiced at taking enema's and at consuming alchol and know what you are doing. The solution needs to be carefully diluted and measured to make the process safe. Many adivse to stay clear of alcoholic enema's completley.
The only other risk is temperature; water that is too hot or too cold runs the risk of causing damage to the colon, so use common sense and test the temperature of the water you’re using before you take it. You can easily throw off your gut flora and PH balance if you take a lot of higher volume enemas very frequently but these are things that a healthy body can correct, if just given a little break. Other than those minor risks, enemas are a fairly safe practice. One thing to note, is that after taking a very large enema or several enemas in a row, it’s a good idea to drink a glass of water to keep your electrolyte level in check – high quantity enemas can cause an electrolyte imbalance.

Types of enema
__________________________________________________ ______________

There are three options that are readily available on the market as far as enema equipment is concerned: You can go with a syringe style ‘douche’ which consists of just a large bulb with a nozzle attached; you place the nozzle in water and draw water up into the bulb before inserting the nozzle and squeezing the bulb to push the water back out. Another option is a gravity fed ‘enema bag’ with a bag that can be filled with water and then hung above where you are going to receive your enema, attached to the bag is a hose with a stop valve and a nozzle, you insert the nozzle and open the valve to let yourself fill with water. The final option is a ‘shower system’ whereby an enema nozzle, often a metal one, attaches to a shower hose or shower head.

The gravity fed systems are the more traditional enemas and are the best choice for delivering a range of different enema recipes because you can mix the ingredients in the bag. Obviously with the shower systems you can only deliver water and only at the temperature of your shower. There is another benefit of the gravity fed enemas too. The psychological effect of taking an enema in this fashion is profoundly different to one taken using the douches, especially when you’re administering the enema yourself. With the bulb pump you have to continuously work to get water inside you and you can’t do it in as large quantities as the enema bag allows. With the gravity fed systems, you can simply insert the nozzle, open the valve and then lay there, and all of your attention is on the feel of the liquid flooding into you, be it warm milk gently filling you soothingly, or icy cold water laced with peppermint rushing into you quickly to make you cramp up and squirm. Gravity fed enema’s can cost anywhere between about £5 and £100 but some of the cheaper models available on ebay, with an open top can be perfectly functional and even more practical than the typically more expensive ‘water bottle’ style enema kits.

There are also enema syringes available; often large and made of glass, like the ones popularised by Asian enema torture videos, but these are less commonly available online.

Positions for taking an enema
__________________________________________________ _______________

Reportedly the best position for taking an enema is to lay on your front with your knees beneath you, your torso resting on the ground, this puts your ass higher than your abdomen and it is the best position for allowing the water to enter your colon. With an element of bondage it can easily be adapted for S/M play. The receiving partners arms should be placed by their sides and their wrists bound to their ankles, this is a simple binding but limits their movement massively and forces them to stay in a humiliating position with their ass on display.

Any position where you are on your knees or laying on the ground is suitable, on all fours or laying on your side are other popular positions, an enema can be taken standing or kneeling upright but you may need to hang the bag higher above you to increase the pressure a little.

Recipes

__________________________________________________ _______________

Here are some recipes I have tried and tested or heard about, you can find a huge variety of recipes online, a lot of them aimed towards various degrees of detoxification or clearing the body of one thing or another, the ones I offer here are more for their sensual purposes

Lukewarm water
tested – the basic recipe, you can deliver water fast or slow, but if you keep the water at roughly body temperature then you will minimise how much you feel the enema, a faster flow will always make you more prone to cramping however, no matter what recipe you are using and there will be a variable limit to how much fluid you can hold.

Cold water tested – Using cold water makes cramping guaranteed and the faster the flow and colder the water the more severe the cramping can become. An icy cold water enema will send shivers through you, in a good way.

Hot watertested – obviously you should never take water that is too hot, if you can’t bear to keep your hand in it, then it’s probably going to be too hot to go inside you. A hot water enema feels great however, especially as it can be likened to any array of bodily fluids, the feeling of getting filled with hot liquid is quite an intense experience and one less prone to cramps.

Glycerineuntested – Adding a quantity of liquid glycerine to your enema is said to cause a very severe burning sensation, obviously this sensation will be a uniquely different experience with both hot and cold water.

Crushed gingertested – The results of this enema can be very different person to person and even vary within personal experience, you can crush a hand of ginger over the water and let the juice fall into the water, then leave the crushed and/or sliced ginger to soak in the water for an hour or so. Some report quite an intense but very deep and natural feeling burn, some feel nothing.

Ground cayenne peppertested – Ground Cayenne pepper needs only to be added in very small quantities, about the handle of a teaspoon’s worth per every half quart or every quart, it is best to start at just one teaspoon handle per whole quart as the burn can be strong, it feels like a sharper burn than ginger and isn’t felt very strongly until you release the liquid. However cayenne pepper works as a natural laxative and it can be very, very hard to hold a cayenne enema of any quantity for very long.

Milktested – Milk makes for a beautifully soothing and restful enema, it feels like you can so easily fit a very large quantity of milk into you and it seems to relax and calm. Apparently excellent before going to sleep, however from personal experience milk enema’s seem to take a little longer to release than water enema’s, this may be due to the relaxation allowing the milk to travel deeper, easier.

Soap tested – Soap is traditionally known to make for quite an irritating enema, although not as bad as glycerine or cayenne pepper, a soap enema does cause more cramping and can be harder to hold, especially for longer periods of time. A popular brand of milder enema soaps are available: ‘dr bronner’s castile soaps’ come in a range of ‘fragrances’ including peppermint which feels minty and tingly and exciting inside you and others like hemp, or rose petal.

Other recipes can include: Tea, coffee, alcohol, turpentine, mustard, olive oil, honey, yoghurt, Epsom salt, lemon juice, vinegar and many other possibilities.

*Enema’s with additives such as soap and Cayenne pepper etc, should be followed with a small, plain water enema as a nature of good practice, in order to avoid traces of the enema being left behind to irritate the colon.
