Default Running Into An Ex Who Broke Your Heart

I was driving home from the gym when a car pullig into traffic passed in front of me. I was close enough to clearly see the driver and front passenger. It was my ex girlfriend's little brother and dad. She was sitting in the back seat but I only saw her legs. My initial reaction was to hide because I can't deal with seeing her without getting very depressed.

What do you do when you run into an ex who broke your heart? I'm not asking for advice so don't move this mods.

Talking

Nothing. When someone breaks my heart I forget them. And befriend them. So all I do is smile and get over my self.

I usually try to ignore her. Either hide behind a tree or not making eye contact. If we do make eye contact, I'll just be polite and say hi. Eventually i got over her and i don't get sad or depressed when seeing her.

I still feel sad, but I have learned that it helps me to talk to my friends about my problems. Even when they don't have the right answers it feels good to talk to people that do care about you.

I usually just either say hello if it ended nicely or if it ended badly completely ignore them. Either way it isn't awkward.

I'm the same as above.

If it ended badly on their side I ignore them completely, their not worth your tears.

If it ending between you etc then I just smile and say Hi.

For me, seeing that person is extremely hard. We're broken up now, although we still talk. Some people can get over relationships easily, while others like you and myself can't. When I see her, or when I'm around her, I take it pretty hard. It really sucks. :/
