Here is some different levels:

6. Imagine yourself...

She starts with one shoe less, the purpose is to balance an egg
on a spoon in her mouth. With hands tied behind her back.

If accomplished, she gets her shoe back, dare completed. If not,
she loose one more item of clothes and can try again. Bring lots of eggs!

Every accomplished round within time is paid with a lost clothing item.

I think going commando is a mild enough dare when there are no other stipulations. A full week is probably long though; more like one day or so.

There are tons of simple clothing dares you could do. For example, make them wear their pants and/or shirt inside-out for the rest of the day. Bra-connection wedgie. Etc...

Mild public: do ten jumping jacks, ten situps and ten pushups outside in their underwear.

Do a shot of ketchup, then mustard, then mayonnaise.

Have them write something embarrassing on their skin in permanent marker (ie. "retarded" or "virgin" or "I used to be a man", etc...)
