How many of you play bloody knuckles? What rules do you use?

The main way I've heard of is punching each others fists head on over and over for as long as you can (kind of like lots of really hard fist bumps.)

Uhh, the way me and my brother play is we hold each others hands, and smack them against each others open palms until someone says uncle. o.O
