As long as there are no religious or medical reasons, or you live in a desert, there is no reason to circumcise a penis... so why should there be more?

UNCUT

If you notice in Europe there are rare uncut cases but in USA and phillipines most people are cut and most people suggest me to do it mentioning health issues while I won't have my circumcision.

Agree with Merlin about the reasons of it.

An uncut penis can have its skin retracted down the head to look like a cut one, the head is just more sensitive and its nasty to be tauched with anything dry.
