Links to Rules

I think there should be a link to the rules on the top of the page. In big bold shining letters or something xP It's not easy to find the rules. Took me 1 and a half months of lurking to find out where they are xP

Also have the same link to the Chat rules on top of the Chat.

There are forum rules and specific rules at the top of every forum, stickied, how can they be more noticeable?

Like the general rules and stuff. On top of the entire forum xD Usually I click on links from the main page, right into the threads themselves, so I don't usually see them.

Hmm I kind of understand you, but they are still at the top of every forum, so there isn't really a decent excuse for people not to use them, I'll see what I can do on more visibility though.
