Image Reports

Lately i've seen a number of naked images with details as profile images, yet there's no actually way to report these. Can anyone shed light on this for me please? Recently, i've been reporting one of their posts to report this image and to be fair that isn't really what mods want to be seeing on post reports.

It's fine to report the post, it takes us to the post where we can see the avatar and go straight to removing it.
