You decide in comments how much extreme will be this weekend for me!

You post 3 words and then I will do the exercises !

All workouts will be done fully naked!

Rules for Posting:
- will be open till 15th January 2024.
- No double posting (at least 1 person has to post in the middle, and our posts don't count).

- Jump - 3 x 15 jumping jacks
- Plank - 30 sec.
- Push - 2 x 10 pushups
- Situp - 2 x 10 Situps

- Wallsit - 1 min

Add-ons:

- Hang - will put on nipple clamps and hang the chain over a hook, have to workout like this
