Spice up my morning run 19/M

Hey guys, recently ive had the desire to start running to stay in shape, although not overweight, I am unfit and have an awful lung capacity. Therefore, after my overnight shift at work tonight, Saturday and Sunday, I am going to try and go for a run each morning, to start my training.

I will start doing a short run, from my house along the streets and up a hill, where there are some fields, woods and a running track. Depending on how I am holding up I plan to do a few laps of the track and then head through the path in the woods.

I will be wearing running shoes, socks, boxers, shorts and a t-shirt. I dont plan to take any items with me apart from my keys, my phone and my air pods.

I'd love for some tasks to do to make it more intersting, it will be light just about as I will be running around 6/7 ish.

I will report back here, and if i make it a permanent thing i will start a blog for my runs and what i get up to.
