Have you tried barefooting?
Go somewhere anywhere you feel comfortable or you dare to go barefoot. Take your shoes off and leave them there put both socks in your mouth and go for a 15 min walk when you come back hope there are still shoes where you left them... now you can put your socks back on and shoes.
