I’ve been really busy recently and my apartment looks like a mess. I have been too lazy to clean it properly for a while now. Everytime I clean a little bit it ends up messier than before.

Over the next couple of days I’m planning to deep clean my apartment. I’m looking for some tasks to spice up the cleaning. I have a one bedroom apartment with a small living room and balcony.

Get a lockable belt/chain and/or cuffs and a kitchensafe. Secure yourself to it wth other end to the vacuum cleaner with keys secured on kitchensafe for 8 hrs daily till cleaning complete.

To intensify further make it so you can't sit down and/or have to do the cleaning naked.

You should obviously clean naked, except for yellow rubber gloves.

When you've finished cleaning you should be pretty hot and sweaty if you've done it effectively. Edge until you are nearly there but then take a cold shower for 2 minutes.
