You could do a harder version of the squeaky clean wedgie. Front wedgie as hard as possible --> squat down --> back wedgie as hard as possible --> stand up --> Front wedgie as hard as possible --> ...

Repeat for around 25 times.

Sure.
Next one would be a bra connection for 30 min. You have to do 50 squats in this period on time. After every minute you pull as hard as you can from the front as well. If you want even more dares and more frequent dares, you can message me on Kik @Datisjut
