Here's a task for you: make a batch of pudding and then freeze it into pudding "ice cubes". Once they are frozen, take them out and put all of them into the back of your diaper. Now go for a walk as they all thaw. You can go back home once they are all "melted". Hopefully no one sees your diaper and assumes that that's not pudding in your diaper.

Here's another task/rule. Before bed drink 1L of water. No exiting the bed for any reason until you wake for the day. When you wake up drink another 1L and at least another 250ml each hour.
