Hypno dares?

Hey all, I'm still new here. I did some looking around and saw some dares relating to hypno and was just wondering, are they legit? I didn't think that stuff was real. What do they involve and if they are real like how much can they change?

You will probably get some wildly different view on them to be honest. Some people wear that they changed their life upside down others say they never do anything. To me in my opinion it’s more about your choice then anything. If you want what the hypno is trying to get to happen it’s certainly more likely to happen. It’s mostly just telling you hey you want this you want this you want this, and if you hear it enough and actually want it a bit you will go yeah I want it. Now it’s not quite that simple as yes it is interacting with your subconscious a bit and the science on that can be widely varying and can hypnosis actually change our different brain waves, who knows. In my opinion they “work” as long as you are not resisting it purposely and give it multiple continuous listens so even while not listening to it you might think about it.
