Decide how long between toilet breaks will be a challenge but not an impossibility to hold your pee, say 3 hours, 4 hours, or 6 hours. Assign toilet times that far apart for the next 24 hours. Wear a diaper at all times.

If you must pee before toilet time, use the diaper and you may not change until toilet time. Until then you must also crawl on your hands and knees wearing the dirty diaper only standing if you need to reach something.

When it's toilet time, lay on your back in the bathtub while you remove the diaper, pee in the tub, and put on a new diaper.
