go to a shopping center or somthing and ask someone if you can buy the underwear that they are wearing, and if they will sell then buy it

or you could try selling the underwear that you are wearing to someone, if they want to then give it to them(you could go to a clothing store and get youre underwear off there)

i doubt this would work unless your willing to pay loads of money for a pair of underwear.
