If you don't mind altering a pair of panties:
Get a key ring that's a bit bulkier than normal and maybe on the smaller side if possible. As long as it can stay on for I guess? They aren’t the greatest quality so they don’t hold suction forever, but I’d guess probably up to 30 minutes would be doable
