Cold shower exericise dare

This one is more of one you'd give to someone in a game or use as a punishment then take on yourself anyways here it is.

Put the shower on as cold as it can go then do 25 push ups and 50 sit ups in the bathtub, if you slip or stop for any reason add 5 and 10 to the total respectively.

That's easy. Better off if you were to time it. Say three minutes of push-ups and 5 minutes of sit-ups. for every slip u have to sit in cold bath water instead and have your hands ted behind your back.

You can change the numbers depending on how fit the person was. If its timed the person might just dog it for the three minutes.
