After the edge have subsided. You may stand against the wall. And start rubbing yourself at a medium pace.

If you at any point fall to the ground or go into a squatting position or bend your knees where you can be defined as being in a sitting position, you need to start over with the 1st edge away from the wall.
If at any point the hanger's clips or even only one slips, you will have to start over.
If at any point you start rubbing faster (even to reach an orgasm) you will have to start over.

You may only clear your bladder after 5 orgasms in this fashion.

You may only remove the hanger after you cleared your bladder.
