The title says it all!

I am quite skinny, and out of shape; although both are quite an understatement.

If there's one way to encourage physical activity, is if sex is incorporated into it!

Perhaps some dares about naked exercise, or maybe I have to do a certain amount of push ups to be able to edge or use the bathroom.

Also, conveniently, I love the smell of dirty clothes, like underwear and socks, so maybe include that in some of the dares

Choose one pair of undies, one pair of socks, one t shirt and one pair of shorts - you will wear only those for any form of exercise for a week (no washing).

Each day start with a 30 min run, you may edge after your run. In the afternoon/evening an indoor workout - press-ups/sit-ups/jumping jacks (start at 20 of each) - you may have one further edge that day if you beat the previous days total by 20.

At the end of the week edge once for each article, breathing them in deeply as you do, if you completed the week fully you may cum whilst sniffing your undies, if you failed ruin your orgasm into the undies and restart (without washing)
