Hi, I'll start off by saying long-time lurker/first time poster so I hope I have this in the right spot.

I think you should start with a corner time to think about your acts. Get undressed, Kneel down and hold a coin with your nose against the wall. Hands behind your back. 20 minutes. If it falls, redo it from the start.

I will do this first thing tomorrow morning! I should've been more clear on a lot of my limits, but I'm not comfortable skyping with a stranger. I will, however, write out a report and I can either PM it to you or post it publicly!
