Messy Battleship Game

I had an idea for a messy battleship game. Two players compete in the Russian version, and for every square of each ship the winner has remaining at the end, they can give the loser an item and tell them how to use it. So, for example, if the winner has his 4 square ship and one of his 2 square ships left, the winner can give the loser 6 items to use.

Optional rematches: If both parties agree they can play again. The loser still has his original forfeit regardless, but if the loser of the first game wins the second, then the loser of the second also has to do the same forfeit (one item per remaining square at winner's choice) however, if the loser of the first game loses again, the number of remaining squares is added to the forfeit AND the winner can dictate what the loser wears or doesn't wear, and add any conditions for them to complete before cleaning up.

If both parties agree to another re-match and the same player loses three times, then the winner may also require pic or video proof. Note: Both parties must agree to any re-match.
