I have a challenging schedule you might like.

Tomorrow, when you get up, edge twice then wait half an hour before you can pee. Don't count from when you wake up but from after you edged. You also must finish your breakfast before you can go.

After that, there's just two simple rules:
- after you peed, two hours must pass before you can pee again;
- you must complete one edge every time right before you pee and you must drink one glass of water right after you peed (if you think you have a big bladder, make it two).
