The dildo in the ass is meant to be done with an anal dildo, ones which are designed to do anal with and therefore do have large bases.

I went to the dentist

Today I didn't go into work because I needed an operation performed to fix a tooth, an operation which took over an hour of a stranger poking and fingering inside my mouth 😂

The real issue cake after leaving the dentist.
