I have been thinking a lot lately on how I could combine cbt with exercising.
The reason is to combine one of my favorite kinks with working out, to create a new experience with both. Therefore, i hope all you creative people on here will help me with ideas to create a cbt exercise program, which can be put together to form for instance a leg day, a shoulder day and so on. My firsy idea is 5 rounds for weight and quality of 15 squats with weight tied to balls 15 lunges with weight tied to balls
