Let's start you off with a fair easy one.

Drink lots of water (4 glasses minimum) and then when ready to pee run a bath, get naked, get in and pee as much as you can. You must stay in this for a minimum of 10 minutes during that 10 minutes you must fully submerge yourself atleast 3 times.
Afterwards you are allowed 60 seconds to wash as much as possible and that's it.
