How about blindfolding yourself and laying down and listening to a hypno file for an hour (or longer)

Write an essay on what you did wrong, how it made you feel, how it made her feel, and what you can do better next time/ to prevent it happening again, must be at least two sides of A4 paper, hand written in you best handwritten, then kneel naked on the floor and read it out load to her, ideally in person, if not video it and send it to her, if this isn't possible read in out loud and send her a picture of what you wrote.

I was going to say an essay too, so consider that 2 votes. It could also be research related. For exam once I was made to research the history of women's shaving.

If she doesn't like it, perhaps 3 days of ignoring you. I may have other ideas if you can share what you did to make her sad.

My personal opinion that being ignored or any kind of silent treatment should never be used as punishment. It can be really damaging.

I agree that an essay or formal written apology is a great punishment and can be very humbling. I also don't feel comfortable giving more detailed punishment instructions without a list of your likes, limits and toys as well as knowing what the offence was. I always like to make the punishment fit the crime.

I agree it should be taken lightly, and normally in a true lifestyle relationship many of these things would have alresdy been discussed as to what is an appropriate punishment, expectations etc. For us ignoring is more an absence of any kink type of element.
