each one is inserted or removed with a handle/grip. that pushes the covering metall aside and inserts(or removes) the chosen plug.
the vibs have a button to "lock" the current setting for steps of 30 mins up to 10 hours or after that until the batterie dies.

I agree with going commando for the entire 3 days. Also, you should have the vibrating plug in at all times. When the battery dies you need to replace it. No orgasms of course, just being teased.

For the 3 days you don't get to sleep in a bed. You will instead sleep inside a small closet, box, trunk, suitcase or some other small enclosed space. You'll wear your catsuit, ballet boots, mask with blindfolded eyes, collar and ring-gag. You'll spend a full 8 hours sleeping in there. Since you’ve already been asked to put the vibrating plugs in, here’s something else:

You must find a way to tie your thighs together, preferably using the attachments to your belt if you have them. If you don’t, i think a rope should do the trick. Anyway, what you need to do is spend all the time home with those on, so walking is a difficult task for you.
