A nice little switch up for your morning routine

This is not a punishment – just something to give you a little kick to start the day.

Generally you’ll need 6 ice cubes and a die.
Depending on your luck you might have to add:
3 to 6 more ice cubes
a hairbrush
2 clothes pegs or nipple clamps

Let’s start with the basics:
Take 2 of your ice cubes and start melting them on your nipples. Once they are reduced down to half their size and feel nice and smooth, you insert them into your ass. Then you start melting one ice cube on your pussy (guys: whatever part of your crotch needs it most). When it has melted down to half its size – you know it – up the ass it goes.
Repeat that until you are done with all of your ice cubes.
Then take a nice hot shower and go about your morning.
When and where you get rid of that melted water inside your bum is up to you.

Now to add an element of chance: Roll a die.
1 – Add 3 more ice cubes to your total.
2 – Give yourself 10 swats with your hairbrush on the bare bottom. That might help wake you up a bit more.
3 – You only have 2 minutes of hot water. After that it turns cold again for 3 minutes. Then 2 minutes hot, 3 minutes cold… and so on. That’s good for your blood circulation.
4 – Add 6 more ice cubes to your total.
5 – Once those nipples are nice and cold, put a clothes peg / nipple clamp on each of them. Leave them on, while you shower.
6 – Give each of your cheeks 10 swats with your hairbrush.
