Get yourself desperate to pee - to the point where you need to start holding or crossing your legs. Then put on the following:

1 - thong
2 - tights
3 - knickers
4 - jeans

For the next 30 minutes you are not allowed to hold yourself, cross your legs or do anything else to help you hold it.

Every 5 minutes press on your bladder.

At the end of the 30 minutes, sit on the toilet fully clothed but do not pee. Sit there for 10 minutes.

When the 10 minutes are up, pull down your jeans and sit on the toilet for 5 minutes. Then you first pair of knickers and wait for another 5 minutes. Then your tights and repeat and finally your thong. If you haven't peed yet, congratulations and you may pee normally.

If at any point you cannot hold it either stand where you are and wet yourself or sit on the toilet and pee through what you're wearing at that point.
