In Islam masturbation is a sin and I have committed it 3 times this week. But because there is no written punishment for it I feel like I have not repented. Hello Norbert! I should have specified earlier but I don't want my punishments to involve pleasure. You got that right!

I was a little uncomfortable removing my clothes but I kept in mind that it was a punishment and I should be feeling uncomfortable. I don't have any markers so I used a regular biro pen, which took longer. I took a belt I had and stood in front of a mirror and folded it in half. Then I smacked myself on the bum as hard as I could, which was fairly hard. I wanted to rub where it stung but didn't because you said not to. I put my hands on my head and stood there for 15 minutes. I checked the time on a wall clock nearby. After that I rubbed the pain away.

I suppose that would work, but it eould be a sin to watch porn as well.

Get a pair of your underwear damp and put it in the freezer. When you do the wedgie for the full time, use this pair. Do the same with a bra

I have put a pair of underwear and a bra in the fridge to cool overnight. I will wear it for tge whole day in the morning. I tested out the wedgie for an hour. It was uncomfortable for 15 minutes then I got used to it, so maybe I should do something to keep it discomforting for longer? One more punishment to do after that one. Or maybe during that one since it lasts the whole day.

Well, it seems that you have not been a well controlled girl last week. To counteract that, you should be very well controlled for a day regarding something that normally is up to yourself.

For one day, you can only enter a toilet between 5 minutes before the hour and the hour (so from :55 to 00). In the toilet you throw a 6-sided dice (or app on your phone) to determine your activity:
-1: remove all your clothes, sit on the toilet, but don't pee
-2: pee normally
-3: pee normally, stop after 10 seconds
-4: no peeing
-5: roll again
-6: pee through your panties

This morning I have taken my underwear out from the fridge and it was so cold it took me 20 minutes to wear. Afterwards I was shivering a lot because there were small bits of ice in the bra and panty now that have not melted even though I have worn it for two hours. I am also using a dice app and have rolled once today. I rolled a 5, rolled again, then got a 4 so I couldn't pee. An hour later at 9:55 I rolled again because I needed to pee and rolled a 3, so when I peed I pushed to be less slow. My underwear is still cold underneath my clothes.

So far today it has been good. I didn't need the toilet for most of the day, just once more and I rolled a 2 (lucky me!) And the underwear wedgie stopped feeling uncomfortable after a few hours because it had warmed up. I had removed it at ten o clock so I could wear pyjamas. This is a quick update before bed for those interested.
