You tag yourself as an anal virgin. It is probably not the best idea to go overnight with something until you have tested it with some shorter periods first. Also there are different things you can do, but I dont think I would use something that was not an actual plug for long term use because you want something with a base so that it does not get sucked up into your anus.
I only say this as a safety and not to be rude. But I think you should do more research and trial and error before jumping into something this big.

Sorry for the confusions I have updated my signature in a while, I've now don't lots of anal and I think I'm able to go overnight with something in my ass. I understand why it wouldn't be safe that's why I'm asking if there would be anything safe to keep in that wouldn't disappear into me

well the only real thing I could think of that isnt an actual toy would be something like a hairbrush if it has a bigger handle just hopefully you dont ever sleep on your back because that would be really uncomfortable

You can also just fill a condom with water, wear a thong and the end of the condom to the thong so no danger
