Lose your points game

This is inspired by Lisa's lose your points game. The concept is simple, I will begin with 100 points, you guys will give me tasks to do to lose those points. You can also punish me for still having points. The game will end when I have 0 points remaining. You may also give me rules to follow, failure to follow said rules will result in the addition of points.

Examples

You may remove 3 points if you spank yourself 30 times on each cheek

You may remove 2 points if you follow this rule for a day, no standing for more than 3 minutes

Adding points

If you pee more than twice a day you must add 2 points

If you wear men's underwear you must add 3 points

Punishments

You're taking forever to finish! You must have a wedgie for the rest of the day

You may only wear woman's clothing for 2 days since you're taking so long.

Now you are competing for points, meaning that you have to announce for how many points you are going (minimum 1st time is 45 points) and write a report. Dividing the points you get by 6 is how many points you may substract if you succeed, based on how good your report is I'll let your round up or down. If you fail then that's how many points you have to add to your total points (always rounded up).
