[Dare] Kinky Give/Recieve PM dare ;)

This is a new concept that I will try out that different from the normal "Person Above PM dare". The user has the ability to give the person above a steamy PM dare - but here's the catch: they have to do it too.

I.e., the second person will give the first person one of the first person's PM dares, but the second person has to do it as well. The third person will give the second person a PM dare, but the third person has to do it too, and so on.
