theres a few common ways. Basically it's any orgasm you don't enjoy. two common methods are to edge right up to the edge, take your hands off, then let yourself go over a few seconds later, while resisting any urge to flex your PC muscle. so basically not allowed to spurt. The threory still applies though. A "ruined" orgasm is one that is not enjoyable and/or complete. Multiple edges then clenching and denying yourself movement would work. Achieving one through pain, where the pain is the dominant feeling, would work. It's about orgasm without the good feeling.
As opposed to edging, where there is no orgasm at all.
