Default Full Day (or more) of control - Bigger and Better

This is an updated version of my original "Full Day Of Control". It essentially takes that as a base and modifies it to make it a bit more in-depth, to include punishments, additional areas of control, plus harder areas.

The harsher sections of an area this is built for you to start on the easier sections of them, with the possibility of being forced onto harder difficulties later via punishments and such, however by all means go straight to the higher levels right from the word go if you so wish.

Finally, as there was some confusion last time, for the tasks roll for how many you need to do, and for each individual task you roll a die twice, once for which area, and once for which task. You are not expected to do multiple tasks from the same group by default.

Now, the basic rules:

Firstly, you roll a day in advance. This means you roll for tomorrow's numbers tonight. If it states you are to continue the dare multiple days, you do further rolls as you need to. Do not roll all days in one block... you'll spoil all the fun by knowing what's coming.

Secondly, if a combination breaks your limits, that's fine. Each day you will get a single free re-roll. Subsequent re-rolls however mean rolling for a punishment. So if you were to get nude jogging outside a an exercise, you may re-roll a single roll (perhaps the nude bit), however to re-roll again (even for the same roll) you'll be taking a punishment roll. Be careful these don't add up too quick.

Third, there are some areas they may go against some people's limits, I have attempted to place in brackets an alternative for ones that do this (i.e. drinking pee would become drinking plain water), if I have missed any you are free to take a free re-roll for it instead. This, however, does not include things where multiple rolls combine to break a limit, the original free re-roll covers that, beyond that you take your punishment rolls.

Now, onto the rolling!

Wake-up:
If you need to be up before the time rolled (Say for work, college etc.) then default to that.

Morning Exercise - Time:
If you roll a time for before you're due to get up, do the exercise immediately on waking up. If you roll later than when you need to leave for work/college, then do it before leaving.

Breakfast - Food:

6 - Your choice, but you have 90 seconds to eat your meal. After time is up you forfiet the rest.

Shower:
Obviously, if you're one of the few with no shower, replace this with bath.

1 - Normal shower, as long as you like
2 - Cold shower, as long as you like
3 - Normal shower, 5 minutes only
4 - Cold shower, for 10 minutes only

Note: Tasks must be done in the order rolled, this means if you roll an exhibitionist roll early, then tough, you are doing it early. You don't get to change the order of them.

Also keep an eye on your time, failure to complete all rolled tasks results in a requirement of completing the dare again the following day regardless of your previous roll.

As before, if a task exceeds your limits you may re-roll at the cost of rolling on the punishment list at the end.

1 - Write degradng words on your body (roll a die to see how many to write from 1 to 6)

3 - Spend an hour acting as an animal, this means no using furniture, no standing, and no talking. Any drink should be lapped from a bowl.
4 - Scrub your mouth out with a bar of soap for 5 minutes, then roll a die. On evens you may rinse immediately, on odd you must wait half an hour before rinsing.
5 - Record 5 minutes of audio of you begging to be used and abused, send it to a single person.
6 - Take pictures of the clothing you are currently wearing (with or without face) and send it to a person of your choosing.

Tasks - Humiliation Level Hard:

1 - Call everyone you speak to "Sir" or "Madam" for the rest of the day.
2 - Record 5 minutes of audio of you begging to be used and abused then share a link to it on here.

Tasks - Pain Level Easy:

1 - Clamp your nipples for 30 minutes. During this time you will twist and pull on the clamps. Every 5 minutes you are to remove them, turn them 90 degrees, then re-attach them.

Tasks - Exhibitionism Level Hard:

You roll this at the end of any period of doing the dare. So you roll on your first day and see if you're free. If not, you complete it the amount it says (say 5 days), then re-roll at the end. You're only free when you roll a 5 or 6.

3 - No, redo this for the next 2 days
4 - No, redo this tomorrow
5 - Yes, you are free

Punishments:
Punishments are accrued if you fail to complete a task or use up more than your allowed re-rolls (as stated at the start). For each punishment gained you will roll two dice and consult the table below. If you fail to complete a punishment (including due to limits) you will re-roll it and add an additional punishment to those that are left to complete. It is worth nothing punishments can stack, so multiple rolls of the same number mean multiple of that punishment.

2 - PM me a list (or link) to you likes, dislikes, limits and toys, and I'll create a harsh punishment for you that pushes at least one limit.
3 - Roll a die, that is the number of days you will go without orgasm
4 - Roll a die and check the "Tasks - Which to do" section. Tomorrow all rolls on that section will be from the Hard section (If you're already doing the hard section... lucky you, no punishment)
5 - For tomorrow's toilet use you get -1 to the die roll
6 - Next time you roll on the "cumming" section you get -1 to the die roll.
7 - You will get corner time, roll below to see how you will be doing it.

Yes, you do the second task tomorrow, after completing the first one.

As for the bondage part, I forgot to fix that section, it should be chores. My original idea was for chores to be a set "you do one chore a day minimum" thing, but I could not come up with enough variation for Bondage to remain within the standard area, and so it got removed, chores got added, and some lighter bondage got added into certain chores to get it in there.

Here's hoping tomorrow goes well for you, and I look forward to the report.

In the morning I wake up very sleepy at 6am. I drag myself out of bed and get in clothes for the day. I wear bra (white and pink polka dot) T-shirt (groot shirt) Blue Jeans, high heels (4 inch heel, red and pink souls) and sadly for me I need to be wearing diaper two so I am wearing it also (I has not done this since being a toddler, I find it very embarrassing and degrading). Finally I put hair in a braid. I also wrap my arm in new bandage to hide the scar because I not people seeing it.

Because I has an hour to wait until the exercise I watch new episode of Teen Wolf (loved it) and that is my hour of technology for the day.

At 7am I go to bedroom and perform the 20 sit ups, but I needed many breaks because of the pain on my stomach area from the accident. I cannot shower or eat breakfast sadly

After this I get book and begin reading. At 10am I begin to notice that I need bathroom, but I really not wanting to as I must do in diaper. Little later I put away book and choose to do the tasks I roll for the day.

Firstly I go next door and ask if I can borrow some milk for tea, out of kindness I ask the person who answers door if he would like one two. This is when I come back here and roll a punishment because it say I must only wear the clothing I roll and nothing else, but I wear the bandage on my arm to hide scar so I see myself needing punishing.

I roll 7 so must be in corner time. I cannot kneel in garden for an hour in only panties (which yes I use diaper as panties as this is panties for today, also I am scared to show belly scars) I re-roll a 3 (Kitchen). So I strip down to the diaper only, get on knees and put timer on phone for an hour. When time is up I very happy and I become dressed very quickly.

Then there is my small chest wich is not much to look at. When the time finish I not even finish the first bag so I leave second in the fridge and then I take off my shirt and try to clean the chocolate off of it after cleaning my face. All the running water and hours of needing bathroom was getting to me and I was close to losing it. I give up on cleaning the shirt and leave it to try on heater while I read.

Dinner time came and I put pasta and sauce in blender, I drank my meal and did not like it, it feel wrong to eat it like this. After eating I check my shirt and it was dry enough so I wear it and get my coat and go to my muscle therapy appointment.

I get home at 6:50 and enter living room, the curtains open but they only face my own garden. I then strip to underwear (This is my bra and the embarrassing diaper) and I do my Star Jumps. Again because of injury it take a while to complete and when it over I needed to rest for a while because of how much I hurt.

After I am dress again I leave home again for library to do some late night class work. I get there at 8:30 and later I gave up, I could no longer hold it in and I used the bathroom… in the diaper. I felt myself go so red while sat there, I prey no one knows what I did. And I still had work to do so for another hour I sit in my own filth while I do what work I could. When I stand up to go home I notice how wet the seat is. I dare not to look at my jeans and allowed myself to be cold by tying my coat around myself to his the wetness.

I arrive home at 10:30, freezing cold from a thin shirt and wet trouser, I just want to sleep and forget this, sadly I must sleep in my clothing for today, and making it worse I got a pm dare today saying no pillow. Well done on your completion of the dare. I'd also not have punished you for needing a bandage (as a note for anyone doing this later, if something is needed due to healing or something, don't do a punishment unless you truly feel you should, same if doing a task would actually be damaging in some way (injury to the knees would be problematic with kneeling in a corner for instance)). Selfishly, I think it's a shame you didn't need to keep going as I enjoyed your report a lot and would love to hear how future days went.

I am glad it led to a positive outcome as well with you pushing yourself further with your exercises for your stomach muscles, here's hoping it means you continue pushing yourself more as you now can feel the difference when you do so.

Looks like round two is going to be much harsher on you what with all those hard tasks you've got to attempt, add in you have to re-do the dare the next day, with the chance of additional punishments if you fail tasks, and you could be in for a tough time. Really looking forward to the report though for how it goes for you.

This morning I wake up at 4am. I did not like this. I very very sleepy. By I stand up (sleep on floor) and I take off the disgusting clothing I wear yesterday. Then I open drawer and get dress in my pink lacey Teddy and go to make breakfast.
Breakfast was not good, it was plain toast and water that I eat outside. So I put on plate and water in bowl and I take it out and put it on ground. I get on my hand and knees and I lower my face to eat the bland toast, 4am in England wearing only lingerie is freezing by the way.

I spend next hours reading and cleaning until 9am finally come and I can do the exercise and finially change away from the teddy, I go back outside in garden and hide in corner where I prey no one see me. I then do all the stretching I can for 15 minute. I get back inside and go for long hot soapy shower and shave all below neck.

Outside of shower I get dress for today, I wear my red long sleeve dress which ending on my (I forget the word) 大腿. Then I get a thong of a matching red colour and put this on also. I then spend much time in front of mirror tying hair into pigtails and I finish with my Lola Mooshwalk socks and running shoes.

By this time it is 10am and I leave house for starbucks where I can complete first task before my class. I go in an get some tea, many minute later when tea cools I have the cup in hand and stand up, but “whoops” I slip and it spill on my dress. I move to the napkins and rub on my chest and stomach where the tea spills. A worker asks to help and she get me a cloth and begin dabbing on the wet parts. Guys were watching maybe thinking in perverted ways. And when it finish I leave the starbucks and go to class.

While in class I open phone and post tread for my second task. All dares I get are not possible to be doing today, and one very strange one I cannot do because of injuries, so I is thankful this did not become too bad for me.

Saying this I realise what I must do when arriving home. I get home at 2pm and I go get towel, I put towel on garden floor (my garden has no grass, just concrete) and nervously I remove all clothing with a time on my phone telling me when I may stop “sunbathing” in the winter. The whole time I freeze and after 10 minute I am no longer able to stay so I run back inside and get dress, I then come back on here to roll for punishment.

I roll 6. So next I roll on cumming I minus 1.

I see my next task and in a deep breath I choose to do two at once. I get on my coat and open the buttons on the top of my dress so my breasts are exposed (but not belly) and I tie my jacket close. I leave my home and walk for park, when walking on not busy area when a car drive by I turn and open my jacket, I do this 5 times and yes a few of them stop, I get scared and keep walking after the flash.

Another brilliant report. I can only imagine how cold you've been today. I had to dart out for about 10 minutes, and most of that was sat in my friend's car, and even then I was freezing.

I feel sorry for you with those clothing rolls. Apparently you're not allowed to be warm (I'm also mean, so I like it too).

On the plus side, you get a decent evening meal so you can enjoy that at least. Seeing as you've got to do the dare for 5 more days after, I advise having a really good meal, maybe a steak or something, may as well make the most of being allowed a solid meal.

Okay, I’ll be starting this tomorrow while staying over at my Master’s place until I’ve completely finished the dare.
For my first day, this is what I rolled:

Wake up: 8am
