Hey there! I have been requesting dares, and recently I got one where I had to stretch my ass, like use an entire fist. I got really close to it, and I really enjoyed that dare. If you want good progress you should consider buying buttplug and wear it 24/7 if you can.
Stretching ass takes time. For fucking it you could try some cucumbers and plastic bottles for start. Also candles and sharpies could be used for longer play to stuff them more and more

I'll second that. A good set of differently sized butt plugs is priced between 10 and 20 US$ (Amazon). They are sent in the usual anonymous Amazon-packaging (if you don't have a good erotic store nearby..) and everybody can afford them. For a start you should wear the plug as long as you can, then slowly increase the time and the size. Especially during your sleep is an excellent time to wear it.
