Whether it's tumblr or any other site, have you ever found someone you knew in real life who was exposed online

If so, how badly were they exposed?

I ran across a guy I know (more of a friend-of-a-friend than a friend) doing shows on cam4. He mostly kept his face out of the camera but slipped in a few times.

I still don't know if he knows. I've obliquely referred to it a few times but never mentioned it directly.

I recognised another FoaF when I saw pictures of him on tumblr. I told him straight away. We've played a few times but he lives too far away for anything serious to have happened.

I found one person I know on Fetlife, I haven't talked to them about it yet. I've tried to bring it up, but it's funny because irl they act like sex is evil and judge my other friends who are openly kinky. I can imagine being more explicit about having enjoyed his shows, sure; but only privately with him. I don't think he wanted to be exposed, I don't think he would be happy for anyone to know.

I haven't mentioned the times I've found people I know on sites like fetlife or recon because to me those seem like fairly public sites where you expect to meet people - GD seems more private.
