The soap will make you cleaner, but seriously in sufficient amounts it cause sting and cramping, the more soap, the more cramping. As I said, try a small amount to see how you react.

Here is a old standard punishment enema for you to try.

M&M (Milk and Molasses)

Buy a jar of molasses and pour into a large microwave safe bowl mix in an equal amount of milk. mix well. Heat in microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes then mix well until the temperature is what you deem to be safe. The mixture needs to be fairly hot(relatively speaking) since it is so thick it will not flow very well if it isn't. I suggest mixing and pouring over the sink. It can be messy to work with. Try to hold it for 20 minutes Let me know how you like or didn't like it. If you were asking for a punishment I would make it 30 and give you other tasks to do while holding it but this will do for now I think. Have fun!

Yes you can add water to the toothpaste but as little as possible.
I assume you're going to clean afterward so yes.

Try a regular baking soda enema, and then a second one with seltzer water. Incredibly intense. Be sure not to do these too often, as it can destroy the natural bacteria in the colon and cause health issues.
