Okay we all know how hard it can be to lose weight, particularly for women just because of how their body works
I have an idea that could help you make your target weight. You will need a partner or friend as well though. (I will explain why) Okay firstly set a target weight, I suggest making it fairly realistic. Next strip off fully and weigh yourself. Take note of the weight and your partner/friend will take a picture of you for the record as well. You are to weigh yourself once a week, it needs to be the same day and I would suggest around the same time as well. Just so the results are consistent. Every week you gain weight, your partner/friend is allowed to post the pic on a site of their choice. It stays up for 24 hours or if you feel braver a week. The idea is to lose weight so you don't have to be exposed. You also set a time scale if you wish but it's not necessary. I know this dare is a little extreme for most, I just thought it would be something different and hopefully someone finds it of use.
