This is a dare that can work for guys or girls. Feel free to modify it to suit your needs.

Start with a length of rope at least 6 feet long and about 1/4 inch thick. This can be longer or shorter based on your shower arrangement. Tie a loop at one end and.

Guys: take the other end of the rope and bring it through the loop around your waist so that it tightens on you when you pull. Position the loop so it is centered on the back of your waist. Bring the end of the rope between your legs and inside the part on the front of your waist. Bring it back through your legs and up through the loop again so that it is on either side of your dick. The two parts of the rope should be tight against your asshole. Tie the end to a handrail, hook or other fixture in the shower that will not pull out. This should constrict your range of motion.

Girls: put the rope around your waist and through the loop so that it tightens on your waist when pulled. Position the loop so that it is in front of you and pass the rope between your legs and pull it out underneath the part on your back. Tie it off on a handrail, hook or other fixture that will not pull out. This should restrict your range of motion.

Both girls and guys: tie before you start the shower.

Bonus: close your eyes and turn on the water without looking. Leave the dial where it is for the remainder of the shower. Better if you are unfamiliar with how far you need to turn.

Girls bonus: tie a knot in the rope positioned over your pussy so that it will rub as you move around.
