Rules for the new year

As I want to be as obedient as possible in 2016, I'm asking you to give me rules I should follow the entire year.

Rules can be about when I should wake up every morning, how many times a day I'm allowed to go to the toilet, how I should take a shower, how I should go to sleep, basically while doing everyday things so I feel controlled at all times. (These are just examples, if you come up with a rule that doesn't include any of this I will still try do to it!)

With rules come punishments, so please add them to your rules! Punishments can include any of my dislikes, forced bladder control for a long period of time, anything you come up with thats not in my limits! (You can really torture me with your punishments, when I don't obey I deserve to cry!)

Rule: Every night, look up when sunrise will be the next day. You must set your alarm and wake up before that time. You must sleep at the same time everyday, which should be the time you usually sleep now.

Punishment: If you sleep in, the next night, you must write two pages front and back of a line of your choice, starting your usual sleeping time, and cannot sleep until you are done.

Rule: You cannot use the washroom at night, starting from your usual sleeping time. From the time you wake up, you cannot pee for two hours.

Rule: Your ankles must be bound when in the shower.

Punishment: If you fail, the next shower, your wrists must also be bound behind your back. How you wash yourself like that is up to you to figure out.

Rule: You may only ever wear two layers of clothing at once. Layers, not items, so I hope this is not too public for you.

Punishment: If you wear more than two layers, the next day you must have only one layer on either your top or bottom.

No toilet Tuesdays, every Tuesday you are not allowed to use the toilet so must relieve yourself in some other manner. Could be anything from yard squatting to using a trash basket and plastic bag just not a toilet.
