I had to squat in a bush once, though really I had no choice, and in the end I toppled over. I have balance issues.
Not standing though. That would be disastrous.

Does in the shower count? Tried that once after a guy friend told me he did it all the time.. Other than that, no.

BettyBoop: Tip: if your out camping or whatever, and need to go. Pull your shorts off and find a big rock to sit back on. (almost, but not quite stradling.) Lots easier than squating, and you wont piss all over yourself, it will just run down the rock.

I do that when the toilet seat is dirty in public places. I don't put the toilet paper on the seat because that is just a waste of toilet paper. It gets really messy though!

Only if it counts if i tried peeing standing up in the shower... all the restrooms were full at my Gym, and so I just peed when I took my shower.

Another idea is to squat facing a small tree or low branch. Hold onto the tree with one or both hands and lean your butt back. Works well. Or face a friend and hold hands. Lean back holding each other. You need a lot of trust!
