Need to be taught Self Control

I have been wanting to learn more self control when it comes to my computer and my phone. I need to cut off a few things and focus on writing lines in my time on the internet.

I would like some suggestions of things to block myself out of on my computer; certain websites, applications, safe search, etc.

Also things to block myself out of on my phone or age restrictions; 12+ apps only, clean music only, no safari, etc.

Please help me learn self control!
