ok this is what you do unlash you shoe 3-4 loops and then tie the longer end of the string around your ball sack(not icludeing dick) tie it as tie it as hard as you can. then take the shoe/boot and hold it to your chest pull on it as hard as you can for about 30 sic then have you master count 1,2,3,and say drop it repeat as amny times as you master or mistress wants i just had to do this with my mistress it is not fun but feel free to try it and tell how it feel

That is a very good punishment for a male slave. It's simplicity reminds me of that scene in Casino Royale ("You know, I never understood all these elaborate tortures. It's the simplest thing... to cause more pain than a man can possibly endure.").

It is a very good punishment my own master made me do it with a bottle instead still hurt.
