A clamp pant hanger is something most people have. They make a simple hanging nipple or scrotum clamp (not the kind with the two individual clamps). The hook allows them to be weighted and/or hold a nice little sign

So how much can you lift? But before you try...

Tape a piece of paper on the ground and insert a marker into your bum. Now squat and move those hips until you've written something suitable with at least 20 characters like "Written like a proper anal slut". Now hang your sign on the hook.
