Figging through your day

Here are the rules:
1) every hour, on the hour, you must have a ginger fig up your bum from 9 to 5. You can insert it whenever you'd like, so long as when the clock strikes, it's in there.
you need to have a ginger fig up your bum.
2) you can't remove it until 5 past the hour, but
3) you can't remove it unless you've had a conversation with someone whilst it was inside you

If you are re-using the ginger, make sure you rough it up each time to get some fresh juice.

If you fail, the punishment will be:

For the next 36 hours, you can drink only water and eat only cornflakes... without utensiles... After you've peed into them.
