Workout for boys and girls:

I had a new idea for a workout dare; This one is differnt from the past ones:
if you complete the dare, you have the possibility to ask to me two truths about me you want! I will answer to them asap!

A - What to wear:
for boys: underwear, shorts and socks!
for girls: underwear, shortest top you have, shorts, socks!

B - What to do:
You have to do this exercises and you can stop only 30 seconds between each and until the end of them; The exercises are, in order:
1 - 20 squats slow
2 - 20 lounges slow
3 - 2 minutes run on the spot not very fast
4 - 1 minute wall sit
5 - 50 jumping jacks slow
6 - 2 minute wall sit
7 - 40 squats fast
8 - 2 minutes run on the spot more fast you can

Now you can rest for 2 minutes!

After the rest, get naked and smell your armpits and feet sole, one minute each, no stop!

Now the last thing: write here a post with a text of about 15 lines telling: how is armpit and feet odor, body odor, how much sweet are you, and if for you this workout was very hard or not!
